An evening of music and the arts in the stunning acoustics of N Pagnell church, with beautiful lighting and a fully stocked bar. It’ll be a night to remember!
Headliner Bryde, AKA Sarah Howells, sways between vulnerable and uncompromising within one verse and chorus. Bryde’s music is honest and furiously authentic, with fans comparing her Stevie Nicks, The Cranberries, Jeff Buckley, Lucy Dacus and even Taylor Swift. Bryde has opened for Rufus Wainwright, played Green Man and Latitude festivals, sold-out several London headliners, and toured Europe and the U.S.
Expect soulful songs from the beautiful Chilcraft - songwriter Rachel Chilcraft, accompanied by brother Andrew Chilcraft on the cello performing folk, prog, rock and indie influences that have got lost in the wilderness.
Ernest Herb is Milton Keynes best kept secret, and has played at the Jazz Cafe and performed his unique sounds of hip hop, reggae, dub and jazz on the main stage of Meadows in the Mountains festival in Bulgaria.
You’ll also have the chance to experience art from Deb Fielding, exhibiting a selection of beautiful original watercolours, inspired by spaces and nature, with the opportunity to buy smaller prints, which will make perfect Christmas presents.
As well as giving locals some much-requested live music, Where Two Rivers Meet events also raise funds for the medieval church of St Peter and St Paul’s Church in Newport Pagnell, making the most of its incredible acoustics, filling it with atmospheric sound and light.
