Where Love Meets the Shadow is a 90-minute, beginner-friendly workshop exploring how our closest relationships act as powerful mirrors—revealing not only what we long for, but also the hidden parts of ourselves that quietly shape how we connect, attach, protect, and pull away. Through a Jungian lens, we’ll gently explore the unconscious patterns that influence our relationships with partners, family, friends, and even ourselves.Throughout the evening, you’ll be guided through reflection, experiential exercises, and compassionate inquiry designed to help you recognize emotional triggers, projections, and recurring dynamics—without judgment or blame. Rather than focusing on fixing yourself or others, this work invites awareness, curiosity, and choice, creating space for more authentic connection and conscious love.
In this workshop, you’ll explore:
• Why certain people or patterns trigger strong emotional reactions
• How unspoken needs and disowned traits shape your relationships
• The difference between intuition, boundaries, and shadow-driven responses
• How integrating hidden parts of yourself can lead to deeper connection and more conscious love
This workshop is an invitation to meet yourself more honestly in relationship—to notice where love meets the shadow, and how integrating these hidden aspects can lead to clearer boundaries, deeper intimacy, and greater self-trust. You’ll leave with insight, practical tools, and a renewed sense of agency in how you relate—grounded not in perfection, but in wholeness.
No prior experience with shadow work is needed—just a willingness to be curious, honest, and open to seeing yourself and your relationships more clearly.
