Transform Your Relationships by Returning to Origin!
Every pattern you carry, every way you respond, every feeling that arises - they all have an origin story. This deep transformative workshop is designed for those with experience in embodiment and self-awareness practices who are ready to go deeper - exploring where your most foundational ancestral and personal imprints began.
✨ Every Imprint Has a Beginning
The patterns we embody today - how we love, fear, trust, and connect - each have their moment of origin. From our very first cellular experiences through early childhood, we collected ancestral and personal imprints that became the templates for our adult lives. Every emotional response, every relationship dynamic, every way our nervous system reacts - they all began somewhere.
🌟 What Happens When We Return to Origins
When we explore where our imprints first took root, profound shifts become possible:
•Deep feelings of safety and trust emerge within our supportive group
•Self-worth grows as we understand our patterns with compassion
•Relationships transform as we recognize where our responses originated
•Early ancestral and personal imprints find resolution in a safe, held space
•Body awareness expands as we reconnect with our original essence
•Meaningful connections form with fellow participants on similar journeys
•Personal agency increases as we understand our choices weren't always ours
🤝 Our Integrated Approach
We create a nurturing environment that honours every beginning, combining multiple healing modalities including Relational Energetics, Body-centred psychotherapeutic approaches, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Prenatal and Birth Therapy and Somatic and Trauma informed approaches.
📅 Workshop Structure
Small, intimate groups ensure personalized attention as we gently explore:
•Where ancestral patterns first took root in your lineage
•Your very first environment - the prenatal beginning
•Birth - where your independent journey first began
•Early attachment - where your relational templates originated
