He received his PhD from St. Michael’s College in the Toronto School of Theology. He has also taught at Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminaries, served in Brandenberg and Berlin with Mennonite Central Committee, and was a pastor in St. Catharines, Ontario. His publications include Anabaptist-Mennonite Confessions of Faith: The Development of a Tradition, and he is co-editor of Vision: A Journal for Church and Theology.
