Marianne Boules is the Founder and CEO of Boules Consulting, a social impact consultancy focusing on the intersection between public policy, technical writing, and strategic impact. As the CEO, Marianne leads efforts to empower mission-driven organizations, cities, and communities to scale and secure funding for high-impact programs. With a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from UCR, Marianne was invited to attend the new UCR School of Public Policy as part of the inaugural master's cohort. Marianne has been featured on prominent podcasts and educational platforms. She has worked extensively with cities and organizations to develop strategic plans and conduct critical economic analysis, helping clients navigate complex policy and funding landscapes. Her core mission, centered on "helping the helper," drives her work in providing tailored strategies that foster sustainable growth and meaningful change. With a focus on delivering actionable insights, Marianne equips leaders in the social sector with the tools and guidance they need to create long-term impact and achieve their objectives.
