Life can present many challenges, and it's completely normal to experience some level of stress. However, at times stress levels may lead us into a state of feeling completely overwhelmed.The aim of this workshop is to provide a clearer understanding of why we might reach this critical point of overwhelm. We'll examine the difference between stress and anxiety, consider how our thoughts play a role and explore together ways that we can better cope with the stressors that affect our well-being.
