During this 75-minute class, we will go through basic yoga poses using props to strengthen major muscle groups. The props caninclude either, bands, dumbbells, exercise ring, belts or your own
body weight. The class is designed to challenge your muscle
strength and endurance.
We will begin with a nice stretch and warm up before we dive into
the flow workout and end with a gentle cool down followed by a
deep relaxation. You will walk away feeling energized and relaxed at
the same time. We will have FUN!
This introduction class is for all levels! All the poses and exercises will be
modified for beginners, intermediate and advanced level
participants.
