We will gather in a space without expectations. A space of togetherness, and support, where you are invited to soften into whatever lives inside you. To let it move, to be witnessed, to be transformed.
If you are seeking a safe space to explore, welcome, or simply sit with grief, you are being called to be held here. We will be guided through a gentle 5 Rhythms ecstatic dance format, a ceremonial opening, and a closing sharing circle.

Do I need to know how to dance?
A: No. If you know how to breathe, that’s the rhythm of your dance. Movement is added only as it feels natural, you are welcome to move gently or simply be.
What is Ecstatic Dance?
A: It is a worldwide movement where people move freely, at their own pace, without choreography or talking. The space is held intentionally so everyone can feel their own experience while sharing the room with others on their journey.
I’m not currently experiencing grief, can I still come?
A: Yes. You do not need to be in grief to participate. This experience will provide you with somatic exploration, self- expression, and meaningful community connection.

A gentle warm up of led movement and breathwork. A simple foundation to create pathways for emotional openness.

No expectations, no judgments, just the journey of presence within yourself in community.
-Gentle Closing and Sharing Circle
A soft landing to integrate the experience and, if you wish, share reflections or simply listen.
