Friday September 19, 2025, 6-9PMJoin us in creating beautiful, functional spoon rests while practicing basic throwing techniques. This beginner-friendly workshop focuses on simple techniques requiring minimal centering and no trimming. You’ll learn to throw wide, shallow forms and then manipulate them into perfect spoon rests using tools and ribs. Practice applying a variety of optional decorative elements, including spirals, textured rollers, and stamps. All materials and tools provided. Participants should be comfortable throwing with one (1) pound of clay. Each participant will have an opportunity to complete two spoon rests during the session.
