Wheel of the Year: Light in the Dark

Join Spinster & Hag at Democracy* to connect with the natural turning and wisdom of the seasons! These bi-monthly gatherings encompass art, tarot, community, food, reflection, and celebration. Each gathering’s spell’craft’ will be documented and compiled along with responses to a writing prompt in a zine that will be available for free pickup at the next event.

For our first gathering this November, our focus will be on staying centred and finding power in the darkest time of the year, while kindling our own Hermit's Lantern to keep our inner path lit.

We'll begin with a spread of delicious appetizers from Democracy* and introductions, then will segue into a guided tarot reading connected to our current lunar/astrological times. From there, we'll move to our spellcrafting portion of the evening. Finally, we'll close out with a period of reflection, discussion, and a writing prompt.
