Real Colors® is an interactive personality and communication workshop designed to help participants:
Understand their own strengths and tendencies
Recognize the traits and communication styles of others
Gain practical tools to connect, collaborate, and strengthen relationships at BEAMING, Inc. and beyond
Who should attend:
Business owners, community leaders, EMS, teachers, veterans, active volunteers, and BEAMING staff.
This training is required for staff and CEUs are available. Training by
University of Wisconsin-Madison Division of Extension and a bonus opportunity by Pegasus Leadership Consultants, LLC
What to bring:
Paper and a pen are always useful, as well as a water bottle. Dress comfortably and be prepared to engage in interactive activities. All you really need is yourself.
Bonus opportunity:
As part of this training, participants will later be invited to a private session with the horses. This experiential component will connect what you learned in the classroom to how we communicate and build relationships with horses, deepening insight and understanding.
