What’s Up in the Garden: Tincture Series with ISCO
Join us for this month's What’s Up in the Garden Tincture Series at Isco in Providence! On Saturday, April 19th at 1 PM, I am absolutely delighted to highlight my daughter, Rose from Iron Rose Cottage, as she shares her deep love and wisdom of mushrooms—her true realm of expertise! We felt that mushrooms deserved their own spotlight in this series, and Rose, the Goddess of Mushrooms, is the perfect guide to lead the way.
This engaging demonstration will introduce the art of crafting a simple and economical medicinal mushroom tincture—a powerful addition to your home apothecary. While this is not a hands-on workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to see, touch, and smell a variety of dried medicinal mushrooms as Rose walks through the tincture-making process. There will be plenty of time for Q&A, along with take-home handouts featuring folk kitchen tincture recipes so you can recreate the process at home.
