Join us for a nourishing day of self-connection, healing practices, and mindful reflection.
We’ll begin with journaling, tuning into how we’re feeling—emotionally and physically—before moving into a grounding Hatha yoga practice. This gentle session will help release tension, open the chakra points, and close with a full-body scan meditation, guiding you to discover the “T” your body is truly communicating.
After journaling your reflections, we’ll pause for a light lunch and refreshments before stepping into a hands-on herbal tea-making workshop. Crafting your own herbal blend is a mindful practice in itself—it invites creativity, presence, and intentionality. By choosing herbs that support relaxation, focus, or grounding, you empower yourself to manage stress, regulate emotions, and ease anxieties naturally. You can enjoy your personalized tea during the retreat or take it home as a reminder of your inner work.
We then transition into a 30-minute Somatic Flow, designed to gently release held tension and deepen the mind-body connection. Through this practice, we create space for the nervous system to calm, allowing the brain to respond thoughtfully to what the body is feeling—cultivating emotional balance and self-awareness.
We’ll journal throughout the day, capturing the shifts and insights that arise, before closing with a deeply restorative sound bath in our salt room.
