If you're a woman over 30 years old and you want CLARITY in What’s Next for You-in your relationships, dream career, and how to get closer to financial freedom,

THIS is the retreat for you!

Imagine 3 days of:

Holistic Health: Focus on mental, physical, and emotional well-being through activities like yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.

Spa Services: Access to massages, facials, and other relaxation treatments.

Connection and Community: connect with like-minded women for support and friendship through group activities in Creativity and Somatic Healing.

Workshops and Learning: Opportunities for skill development, personal development, and exploring new interests, such as art, writing, or leadership.

Scenic Locations: Take advantage of the Sunshine Coast’s stunning views of the mountains by the ocean, and lush parks.

Outdoor Activities: Options for hiking, kayaking, or other nature-based activities to promote relaxation and rejuvenation.

Healthy Eating: Nutritional Focus: Access to healthy, locally sourced meals and nutrition workshops to promote well-being.

Mindfulness and Reflection: Opportunities for solitude and reflection, including journaling sessions or guided meditations.

There will be plenty of opportunities for somatic healing and meaningful lifelong friendships made through our interactive small group learning sessions taught by our experienced Instructors and Speakers in the subjects of yoga, meditation, sound baths, fine arts, creative writing, nature walks, Neirographics, nourishing vegan cooking, and spiritual conversations.

It begins at 2PM Nov 24th and ends around 12PM Nov 27th.
This will be a great way to let go of 2024 and prepare for the new year 2025!

$1299 until November 10th!

The cost of the Retreat including meals is: $1799 CAD Price goes up to $2000/per person after November 20th IF there is still space!!

YOU MUST BOOK YOUR OWN ROOMS FOR THE RETREAT. The Price above only covers the cost of the retreat/activities and all meals and snacks during the hours of the retreat.

We have wonderful places for you to sleep comfortably to recommend!

There are a few different options for accomodations and they range in price:

If you want to be on the main campus where the main parts of the retreat takes place we have just a few rooms that are available on a first come first serve basis:

$325/night per person for shared room of 2 people or

$400/night per person for private extra large bedroom not shared.

Or, for a lower cost option you may stay in a gorgeous nearby hotel (this hotel provides a free 10 minute shuttle morning and evening to our Retreat Members):

Oceanview Junior Rooms (only 2 people) for only $143/ plus tax

King Bedroom Superior Suites for only $155/ plus tax (sleeps 3-4)

Executive Chalets for only $315/ plus tax (sleeps 4 comfortably, up to 6 total and includes sauna)
