About this Event
What if the food you love wasn’t available in 2050?
Join us this November for a playful hands-on workshop with artist Maya Chowdhry and chef Alison Clare, in preparation for What's Eating Our Reality - a performance-based meal focused on issues around food justice, coming to Corby in January 2026.
Participants in the workshop will create their own mini zine using simple collage techniques, integrating seeds and other natural ingredients. We will plant seeds and grow words connected to our emotions around food, which will be nurtured after the workshop.
Explore our food system and its futures and take home the fruits of your labour!
This workshop is free. All materials will be provided and no experience is necessary - just a willingness to experiment and have fun.
What's Eating Our Reality is be an immersive performance exploring how climate change is driving food injustice. Hosted by Fermynwoods Contemporary Art in partnership with The Core at Corby Cube, in January 2026.
Funded by Northants Community Foundation’s Northamptonshire Creative Climate Action Fund.
