This workshop is dedicated to equipping women with the tools and mindset shifts to stop living as their “best self” and start owning their talents, passions, strengths, and interests to live as their favorite selves. When we do, we gain the motivation and clarity to live in alignment with our life purpose. To show up professionally, we need to be poured into personally. This session will be full of group interaction and self-reflection to help us design a life that we love personally—a life that feels authentic to us. We will turn dreams into plans by using Rachel’s goal methodology, “Ooh, Ahh, KAPOW,” to start making strides to making that life a reality. Because you’re worth It!
Workshop Objectives:
*Favorite Self Mentality: Getting in tune and embracing our strengths, authentic voice, and unique value in our work and interactions.
*Power of Choice & Positive Mindset: Recognizing the power of mindset and understanding that we choose how we show up every day and the ripple effect.
*Overcoming Imposter Syndrome: Tools and mindset shifts to take control of the little voice in our head that can stop us from owning the person we know we are deep down.
*Vision & Goals: We can’t hit a target that doesn’t exist. We take intentional time to think about who we are, who we want to be, and how we can get there using Rachel’s impactful Ooh Ahh Kapow method!
