After 15 months schools are finally slated to reopen in person soon without an expectation of closing again, fingers crossed.
It's been a doozy - with parents, teachers, unions, politicians, and the media all involved - meanwhile kids and young adults have had to figure out how to get their education without a physical classroom.
What did we learn?
What was done right and what mistakes were made?
What changes might be brought into the future?
The guests in our panel is the President San Francisco State University President Lynn Mahoney, USF President Paul J. Fitzgerald, S.J., and CCSF Interim Chancellor Dianna Gonzalez.
See you there!
The structure of this event will be about 45 minutes of discussion with SFSU President Mahoney, USF President Paul J. Fitzgerald, S.J., and CCSF Interim Chancellor Gonzalez followed by small break out groups where YOU can meet some new folks and discuss what you just heard. We hope to help solicit a more collaborative discussion and hear the diverse stories in our city.
