Are you a soon-to-be parent feeling a mix of excitement and nerves about what comes next? Join us for a fun and informative event where we'll discuss What to Expect Once Baby is Here. Our experienced speakers will share tips and tricks to help you navigate the early days of parenthood.

We will review and rotate through learning about common newborn care topics such as:

- Practical "how to" topics such as swaddling techniques, burping techniques, how to bathe baby

- Feeding basics - breastmilk vs formula, how to mix formula, how to store formula and milk

- Sleeping basics - safe sleep habits, normal sleeping patterns- What's normal and not normal

- Emotional regulation for not only baby, also for mommy and guardians

- Review of routine pediatric well visits and immunization schedule

- And many more!
