We're bringing it back to basics! This 45 minute vinyasa foundational workshop is designed to elevate your practice in the 45 minute flow that follows.
Have you ever been taught how to practice each yoga posture from the ground up? Or, like the majority of us, did you learn by observing, playing and practicing on your own? There is no right or wrong answer, but you may be missing out on an opportunity to discover how to take your practice to the next level (with ease)!
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, modifications and fresh perspectives in understanding the foundational postures is the key to unlocking your unlimited potential on and off your mat. With a focus on the ujjayi breath and proper alignment, this class will demonstrate that with the right form + energy you can achieve a state of effortless flow in your yoga practice.
