In this interactive and experiential 3-hour workshop, you’ll be introduced to a powerful system of healing. Using IFS principles, we’ll explore the "parts of you" that are in conflict and meet them with curiosity and compassion.
We’ll use guided visualization and short meditations to learn how the “part of you” that is hesitant or procrastinating, is trying to help you (even if another part of you thinks it’s holding you back).
You’ll learn how to soothe this inner conflict, feel safe and empowered to take that next step and leave with a daily practice to help you deepen your connection to your true SELF.
