What Moms Want: LET’S PLAY & NETWORK at @thewarriorfactory 📅 Thursday, October 9th
🕚 Session 1: 11:00–11:45am (Mom Solo Fitness – infants welcome in strollers or handheld)
🕧 Session 2: 12:15–1:00pm (Mom + Tot – kid-focused play with parent participation)
Each session is capped at 15 VIP moms so everyone gets time to ask questions and try the equipment.
✨ What to Expect
•Warm-up with simple movements + jumping jacks
•Try lower body ninja obstacles (balance & agility)
•Explore upper body challenges (rings, bars, rope swing)
•Stay positive, self-monitor your fitness level, and have FUN!
👟 What to Bring
•Closed-toe sneakers (clean & dry, tie tight)
•Water bottle
•Comfortable clothing
📝 Waiver Required
Please complete in advance: Waiver link will be sent to those that RSVP.

•Ample parking + stroller friendly
•Two single bathrooms (one with changing table)
