Our February program is a media training workshop that will improve how you communicate with local media partners like KSBY. Our goal is to better understand how to present events, stories, and mission in ways that resonate with a newsroom and the community.
The program will cover:
- How nonprofits can effectively pitch stories, their impact, and events
- Tips and best practices for on-camera and off-camera interviews
- What makes a story more compelling or newsworthy
- How nonprofits can collaborate with KSBY to increase visibility for their work and ensure messaging reaches the community
KSBY’s insights will help nonprofits improve how they communicate, and in turn, help them provide stronger, more relevant content.
