What makes a great wellbeing policy and why does it matter?

· Consider the reasons to have a well-being at work policy in addition to other workplace policies

· Discussion about what to include in a ‘well-being at work policy’.

· Examples templates time for to plan what could be included in your own well-being at work policy.
