Join Kelley Morgan, new Site Manager for New Harmony State Historic Site, in a discussion of pre-contact America and the cultures that archaeologists have identified as utilizing the landscape in New Harmony. Learn about the science of Archaeology and the theories of how North America was settled and utilized by the First Nations Peoples that shaped the landscape at New Harmony. After an hour long talk we will walk to the Harmonist Cemetery and view the pre-contact ceremonial earthworks that lie within and examine how the Harmonist settlers impacted the area.Admission is $12/adult, $10/senior (60 and better), $8/youth (3 to 17), $5/college students enrolled in an Indiana University, and members are free!
