Buddha also taught ways to stabilize more realistic, constructive and positive views, intentions and actions. It all starts with understanding and transforming our own mind. This Tuesday evening meditation class will take a practical look at Buddha’s wisdom teachings and how it can be applied to our modern life Each week will include:
*guided breathing meditation
*a short teaching on how to access more inner calm and kindness
*a concluding contemplative time
