Kay lives and breathes all this subject and Sharon is an 'Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a special interest in Menopause', yes.. that's actually her title! The women that come to this group are also up for sharing their experiences and support. We start with a short presentation of the basic facts and then finish with an open discussion.
