Wednesdays 6 to 7pm In-Person at Happy Soul
Join us for a four-week journey of spiritual reflection, crystal energy, and heartfelt conversation. Each Wednesday, we’ll begin with a guided meditation featuring a specially chosen crystal to support the theme of the evening. Afterward, you’ll be invited into thoughtful, small group discussions—an opportunity to share, listen, and connect with others on a similar path.
Whether you're just starting your spiritual journey or looking to deepen your connection, this is a warm, welcoming space to explore big questions and meet like-minded souls.

This week we’ll dive deep into the concept of personal alignment—when your inner self, actions, and values are in harmony. We’ll begin with a meditation using Clear Quartz, a stone known for clarity and amplification of intention.
Then we’ll talk in small groups about what alignment feels like, how we know when we're out of sync, and what practices help bring us back to center.
