
About this Event
Our own Executive Chef Matt Berry will be joined by Boston's Kate Holowchik for a special evening of What Chefs Eat - an elevated interpretation of what chefs eat when they're not feeding others.
Kate Holowchik is a Boston-based pastry chef who splits her time between Post 1917 Steakhouse and Lionheart Confections, her own pastry-pop up.
Each of the five courses will feature a special champagne pairing from Billecart-Salmon. Billecart-Salmon has a long history of wine-making, spanning 7 generations and dating back to 1818. This will be the premiere of their wines in New Hampshire!
As part of the experience, the menu for this event will be available the night of the event, as you are seated - trust the chefs! This night is about what the chefs enjoy when they're not feeding others.
The event will start at 6:00pm and doors will open at 5:30pm.
