What About Your Friends?

Overview:

This group is designed to support adults who find it challenging to make friends in adulthood. Participants will explore barriers to forming friendships, build social skills, and foster meaningful, supportive relationships in a safe and judgment-free environment.

Target Audience:

• Adults, 20 to 30 years old, who are struggling to build friendships.
• Those who may feel isolated, anxious, or uncertain about how to initiate or maintain friendships.
• Adults new to the area struggling to connect with others.

Meetings:

• Bi-Weekly on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 11:30 am beginning March 1, 2025.
