Arnaud Deboeuf was appointed Chief Manufacturing Officer for Stellantis and a member of the Top Executive Team in January 2021. He has a background in upstream development activities: Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Program development and Purchasing, built in France and in South Korea.
He started his career at Renault in 1993 as Powertrain Process Engineer followed by a Manufacturing experience. In 2002, he joined Purchasing to take responsibility at Renault Samsung Motors (South Korea). He returned to France to develop Dacia Duster then the whole Global Access range as Programme Director for 7 years.
In 2015, he was appointed Senior Vice President of Renault-Nissan Alliance CEO office. He joined Groupe PSA in 2019 as Senior Vice President for Industrial Strategy.
In 2020, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain for Groupe PSA. In addition, he held global responsibility for the LCV business unit.
Arnaud Deboeuf is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (Paris) and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (Paris).
Laurent Demortier is the President of Nidec Energy and President of Nidec Leroy Somer. Laurent is a citizen of the world, passionate by the Industrial sector and specialized in the electronics and electrical field. He has led major business turn-around situation by leveraging technologies, people and business globalization.
Laurent started his career as an R&D engineer in the aerospace sector. After graduating from The Wharton School (WG 90), he joined Honeywell and took leadership in developing the Industrial Automation business in Europe. In 2000, He joined Alstom to develop the E-Energy business worldwide. In 2011, Laurent was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the global Electrical company: Crompton Greaves ltd. (CG Global), one of the top 50 market capitalization on the Mumbai Stock Exchange.
He joined Nidec in 2016, a Japanese listed company to lead the group development in the electrical sector. He completed the acquisition of the former Leroy-Somer group and pursue the development of the Electrical Infrastructure and E-mobility business worldwide.
Today Nidec Energy employs more than 8000 people worldwide and realized in 2024 a turnover in excess of 2,5 Billion dollars.
In 2018, Arnaud and Laurent created Emotors : A JV dedicated to the development and manufacturing of Electrical Automotive Traction Motors the cornerstone of the e-mobility revolution.
