April is a sweet time for craft beer lovers as this is the time for Fresh Hop Beers. Once a year our lucky brewers get the one-off chance to get hold of hops that are freshly picked to brew something special. This normally involves helicopters, planes and mad truck rides to ensure these hops are used literally within hours of being harvested. The result?? Usually, a heavenly nectar with subtle but very fresh citrus, stonefuit and even Turkish delight notes. This is a day that BEER LOVERS do not want to miss!
