Get ready to brighten up the Hatea Loop once again! Join us for the third annual Whangārei Pride Parade, a celebration of love, diversity, Takatāpui and community, followed by the fabulous Gaÿla at Pūtahi Park.
Parade Details:
📍 Meet at Pohe Island Carpark
🕙 Gather from 4.00pm for opening karakia and safety briefing
🚶♂️ Parade begins at 4.30pm following the loop overTe Matau ā Pohe bridge then to Pūtahi Park
Gaÿla at Pūtahi Park:
🎶 Performances, stalls, food, and community vibes from 4.30pm-8pm (or continue on celebrating at our afterparty at Pride HQ on John St)
📸 Be part of our epic group photo in Putahi Park at 5.15pm to commemorate the day
Everyone is welcome—bring your friends, whānau, and most fabulous selves to celebrate our rainbow and Takatāpui communities.
