Join us for a fantastic 18km scenic walk along the Whangamomona River. This historic walk begins at the iconic Bridge To Somewhere on Aotuhia Station. We'll provide transport to the starting point (departing Stratford at 8am). After a complimentary morning tea, at the bridge the group walks independently with full instructions and map - while we drive around to Whangamomona.
You'll enjoy a stunning journey following the Whangamomona River the entire way. The walk concludes near the charming village of Whangamomona on the Forgotten World Highway.
After your walk you can grab refreshments at Whangamomona Hotel (own cost)
We'll then transport you back to Stratford
Bring: Comfortable tramping boots, Water bottle, Sunscreen and hat, Day Pack with lunch and rain jacket.
$60.00 per person for transport to Aotuhia and from Whangamomona.
