met on Lex (an app for queer lovers & friends) in fall 2021! Their genre is affectionately know by us as queer, dance, pirate, rock—— and THAT is the best descriptor for it. They are passionate about queer, black, poc, and all marginalized genders feeling seen & heard wherever we are.
is an alt pop-rock band based out of Brooklyn, New York. The band consists of Mandy Kessler on vocals/synth, Kris Wong on guitar, and Violet Sepe on bass. They are proud to write and release songs that are personal to them, with lyrical topics such as mental health, interpersonal struggles, and their trans identity. They are currently playing shows in Brooklyn and working on an album that is heavily influenced by electronic music, combining that type of sound with guitar, bass and singing/screaming.
