A fundraiser event where participants will parade their decorated golf carts while spectators use water guns to soak them. The event will have permits, and cash donations will be collected from parade participants and spectators. There will be no water balloons allowed, and sealed wrapped candy can be tossed to kids on the sidelines. The event will start with a parade led by the local fire department, and participants are encouraged to wear protective clothing and shoes. The event will take place at Garden City.
