This is a unique style of workout that incorporates Beginner level Belly Dance moves.
You will:
- Tone your core
- Learn to move in a feminine way
- Activate your inner and outer beauty
- Ignite your creativity
- Effortlessly clear your 2nd Chakra (womb) of trauma
- Connect with the Divine Feminine
Class is 1hr 15 mins long
You can be any size, shape, age or fitness level. Women's bodies move this way naturally, so it’s easy. And its fun!
Attire: Yoga clothes or a bra style top and a flowy skirt. Bring a layer to put on after the workout. Wear sunscreen if you have very sensitive skin. If you have a hip scarf please bring it. I have some to wear if you don't. Please bring your own water too!
Walk ins welcome.
We dance on the covered deck in the backyard in the fresh air. The weather is fantastic at the moment!
Free Street parking.
Please park on Walgrove Ave or Rose Ave. Then text me once you have parked and one of the girls will come out and bring you back to the deck :)
