An exciting community event is making its debut on the west side for the very first time! We’re thrilled to present the Westside Market, a lively open-air market experience that will bring energy to Springfield’s west side on the first Sunday of each month from 2–5pm, starting June 8th through November 2nd, at the Papo’s Café strip mall.
This is more than just a market — it’s a movement, a celebration of local talent, and a long-awaited opportunity to bring together farmers, small business owners, local bakeries, florists, and makers of all kinds to showcase and sell their handcrafted goods in a place that’s never had something like this before.
The west side has waited long enough — and now, we’re bringing the charm, the hustle, and the hometown flavor directly to our neighborhood.
Highlights of the Westside Market include:
• Local Produce & Artisan Goods: Freshly grown food, handmade crafts, unique gifts, and baked goods you can’t find anywhere else.
• The Kidz Corner: A dedicated space where little ones can enjoy crafts, games, and fun activities.
• Periodic Live Music & Entertainment: Enjoy sounds from local musicians to set the perfect Sunday vibe.
• Photography Micro Minis: Pop-up mini photo sessions offered by local photographers to capture family memories, new business content, or just a sweet summer moment.
