Welcome back, Weston's Wolfpack! This is year 6 celebrating Weston and our friends with Down Syndrome, at the Step Up for DS Walk! Weston is a busy, independent and fun 5 year old! He loves his family, friends and dog Piper. Weston enjoys meeting new people and usually will greet you with a hug, high five AND his best dance move! He loves to swim and dance. In September, Weston will start kindergarten in Eden Prairie where he will once again take the bus to/from school each day. He loves the bus and school and will be a pro for his new friends in Kindergarten as he will go to the same school he went to for Pre-K. Weston learned so much from his teachers and friends last year and is fully ready for the next phase! He loves to read books, write his name, and learn new sign language/ASL. We continue to be amazed with his appetite to learn and kindness for others. He is empathetic and so in tune with the emotions of others, often getting sad if he sees a friend or family member hurt or sad. His big heart is contagious and inspires those around him to be better. We are so proud of Weston and cannot wait to see what the future holds for him!

9:00 AM - Shuttle service from Bandana Square begins
10:00 AM - Concert for all ages with Laurie Berkner Band! Awards Ceremony & Program immediately following.
11:00 AM - Official Walk Start
12:00 PM - Dance Party with DJ Benny for all ages, after returning from the walk keep dancing and spending time with friends. Kids area including facepaint and costumed dance companions, catch up with friends at the Self-Advocate tent.
Parking & Shuttle Service: Parking at/near Como Park is limited and can fill up quickly. We will be running continuous shuttles from Bandana Square again this year. Shuttle service starts at 9:00 AM and will run until 2:30 PM. Bandana Square is located at 1021 Bandana Blvd. East in St. Paul.
DSAMN Program Tent is open 9:00AM to 2:00PM
Food Trucks are open 10:00AM to 2:00PM
