As Advent begins, we’re invited to slow down and remember who and what this season is really about. In a month that fills quickly with so many tasks and distractions, this is an opportunity to pause, to listen, and to center our hearts on the true reason, our Savior, Jesus Christ. We’d love for you to join us for an afternoon of sacred music, offered in a spirit of worship and joyful anticipation.This year’s Advent Choral Concert will feature the Westminster Choir & Orchestra presenting “The Many Moods of Christmas” by Robert Shaw and Robert Russell Bennett. These four suites of beautifully crafted carol arrangements move from gentle stillness to celebration, capturing both the mystery and the exultation woven into the story of Christ’s birth. Whether these melodies are familiar or new, our prayer is that the music draws you closer to the Holy Spirit and helps you begin this season with hope.
