Volunteer to help be a part of this important project. We will be digging, leveling, spreading compost, and planting. If you took this Master Rain Garden Certification Course, this counts as your rain garden build for certification.
What can a building and maintaining a rain garden do?
1. Improve water quality in our Rouge River watershed
2. Create habitat for pollinators, local bees, birds, and wildlife
3. Reduce runoff which contributes to flooding and icy conditions
4. Provide a beautiful, healthy garden for our community to enjoy
5. Protect our rivers, lakes, and streams!
