Starting @9am at Out of the Box fitness, Jeff Mumford will take you through a 1 hour mobility class that is designed to identify movement deficiencies and help you correct them.
We then head over to Star Ballroom to do a 2 hour deep dive on your West Coast Swing dancing which is designed to give you the boost you need to take your dancing to the next level.
Then we conclude by going over to Lester’s Diner for Brunch �
