Westhill Bands Alums - please join us for our fifth Annual WHS Bands Welcome Back Holiday Rehearsal! WHS Bands Alumni who performed in any of the instrumental ensembles, during any part of Westhill Bands history are invited to join us for our Wind Ensemble rehearsal on Thursday, December 18. We will rehearse Leroy Anderson's Sleigh Ride all together (we want you to play along - bring your instruments, even if you need to dust them off!), spend time catching up and sharing stories, take a Band Alumni Photo, and enjoy some light snacks (after we play!) generously provided by the Westhill Educational Foundation. As a note - we invite you to wear holiday themed attire, and even perhaps your favorite Holiday Sweater - ugly or lovely!

On the morning of, all registered alums will check-in to the main office at 8:30am with their photo ID, we will get everyone situated with music, seats, and instruments, and then rehearse with the Wind Ensemble from 9:14-9:55, have some time together afterward, and check out via the main office by 10:30am - all participants must agree to spend time in the music/band area only. All registrations are due by Tuesday, December 16, at midnight so that we can prepare music and any needed loaner instruments (if available - let us know if you need something to play via the form!), and enough snacks for all!
I will stop collecting forms at midnight on Tuesday, December 16, and then follow up via email and the FB page Wednesday!
