You will be attuned to Usui Reiki at Level 1 and will get the opportunity to practise on self and others. You also get a manual and full training in self-healing, hand positions, and the Reiki Principles. Ongoing mentorship is also included. There is no formal assessment at Level 1, but you will be expected to do a treatment on someone else under supervision before you get your certificate.
