Westbury & District Canine Society Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday March 26th, 2025, starting at 8.00pm at Chapmanslade Village Hall. Chapmanslade. BA13 4ET. Agenda items and nominations for the committee must be submitted in writing by post or email 14 days prior to the meeting. The positions of President, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, and Honorary Secretary will be voted on. Nina Parker-Miles, Yukie Williams, Shaun Patterson, Annie Hillier, Wendy McGrath, Katherine Edge, Mike House, and Julie Patterson are willing to stand for re-election. Kelly Sandall and Sue Dawe have offered themselves for election to the committee. A proposal form is attached or can be obtained from the Honorary Secretary.
