Shaping the Future of the Healthcare Workforce in West Yorkshire

We warmly invite healthcare leaders, clinical educators, practice learning facilitators, and all those passionate about shaping the future of West Yorkshire’s healthcare workforce to express their interest in joining this transformative event.

This in-person conference will focus on how we can provide leadership, build consensus, and foster collaboration in planning and delivering a sustainable healthcare workforce.

Together, we will explore the essential role of education and training in meeting the evolving needs of our population. It’s an opportunity to learn, share, and celebrate the success and innovation that is already shaping clinical placements across our region.

This event is hosted and organised by the Workforce Strategy and Planning Team at the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board and is open to those working in the West Yorkshire health and care system.
