Join us at the Healthy West Orange Building at 8:30 am on Tuesday, January 14 for the first West Orange Walkers Meetup of 2025🤩 Enjoy a free breakfast and coffee while learning from our speakers for this month! Jennifer Beery is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist with Orlando Health and is here to help us make healthy (and delicious) food and drink choices in 2025! You’ll be able to ask questions about nutrition and get local resources! Then, Emily Hernández, registered yoga teacher from Orlando Health, will lead us in chair yoga to get warmed up for all our walking to come! And of course, we’ll boogie into the new year by dancing with our friends from the YMCA! We'll finish the morning off with a nice walk around Charlie Mae Wilder Park, located just across the street from our building.
