West Orange High Class of 2012 - 10 Year Reunion Picnic

Events and activities will include, music (DJ), Food, Games (sack races, kickball, water balloon toss, and other field games), face painting, bounce houses, and a splash zone for any kids that may attend.

I certify, that by registering for this event I recognize that there are certain inherent risks with the activities included in this field day and that I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members; and further release and discharge The Class of 2012 Reunion Committee for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of me or my family's use of these facilities. I knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability.

I also agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of the Dr. P. Phillips Community Park that are caused by any negligent, reckless, or willful actions by me or my family. I also recognize that carrying a firearm or any drugs or drug-related paraphernalia is prohibited. The use of these can be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and the Class of 2012 Reunion Committee holds no liability in this matter.
