Come and get your fitness on with certified Zumba instructor, Maureen Copeland, as she guides us through a 1-hour dance workout! Zumba is a cardio workout that combines Latin dance moves with upbeat music to create an energetic group exercise. It's designed to be fun and accessible for all genders and skill levels so bring your friends and family along with you! This event is for middle school age or older. Be sure to bring a water bottle!This Zumba fundraiser will take place in the West Middle Cafeteria on Saturday, March 22nd from 5-6pm. Limited spots available! Admission is $10 and all proceeds go directly toward supporting West Middle PTO!
