Big Announcement, Brevard!!!The City of West Melbourne & West Melbourne Rec Connect are organizing ANOTHER brand new Family-Oriented event planned to occur on the SECOND FRIDAY of each month at West Melbourne Community Park, in the field by the amphitheater just south of the Space Coast Field of Dreams.
We've decided to call it "Friday Night Live"!
This reoccurring Family-Friendly event will start in May, and we are working on having a growing list of games/activities/competitions/live music/food trucks and vendors.
Enjoy fun games like Giant Jenga, Cornhole, Connect 4 and more; or get your face painted by some fantastic local vendors. Shred the pipes at the Skate Park or enjoy a meal from some phenomenal Food Trucks. Walk around the field with your family or escape them at the Splash Pad. There is SO MUCH to do at the park. The music will be pumpin' all evening to help start your weekends off with a BANG, too!
We'll also be inviting local bands/artists from the community to preform onstage. We'd absolutely LOVE to highlight and showcase blossoming musicians. Even our local school choirs are welcome to join the show. If YOU'D like to be featured and treated like the star you are, reach out to West Melbourne Rec Connect and apply for the kickoff show.
This event is a way to bring West Melbourne some good wholesome FUN for the whole family and the entire community.
We look forward to escaping the week every second Friday with you starting in May.
