Each year hundreds of thousands of costumed revelers flood into a 1-mile stretch of Santa Monica Boulevard for a giant open-air street party. In the heart of the Rainbow District the intersection of Santa Monica and N. San Vicente Boulevard will host live DJs and food trucks while local bars and clubs along the route spill out onto the sidewalks with themed drink specials and pop-up parties.
